Indra representatives meet with the Indian Ambassador

SICF was invited to participate in a meeting organised by patron Indra to welcome the new Ambassador of India to Spain

Mr Fernando Abril-Martorell, CEO of Indra, treated the new Ambassador of India to Spain, Mr D.B. Ventakatesh Varma,to lunch at the company's new headquarters in Madrid. Representatives of SICF were also invited to attend, as Indra is a member of its Board.

SICF President Mr Antonio Escámez, Vice-President Mr Chainani and Secretary General Alonso Dezcallar attended the meeting, at which the Indian Ambassador was offered a rundown of Indra’s history, sector, international presence and interests. Indra has an office in India and in the past few years has managed to secure some major contracts in the country, such as the one signed with Delhi Metro in 2016.
