In this document we reflect, on the one hand, about the challenge of Spain and India in the shaping of a strategic alliance in the decade 2021-2030, where we put forward, by way of conclusion, the main assets that position Spain in India; the main assets that position India in Spain; the Indo-Spanish actors who become vectors for the capillarity of mutual knowledge; the new challenges of the post-COVID scenario and its conversion into bilateral opportunities; and the new frontiers for bilateral cooperation and joint growth. On the other hand, we claim the role of the Spain-India Council Foundation in the boosting of our bilateral relations as a privileged observer of Spain-India relations; platform for the meeting and collaboration of bilateral civil society; space for bilateral dialogue and public diplomacy tool; and promoter of mutual knowledge and repository of bilateral memory.
