The piece, filmed entirely in Valladolid, showcases some of the city's main landmarks and expands its visibility to millions of international viewers
The city of Valladolid has once again placed itself in the international spotlight with the release of the official music video for one of the main songs from ‘Alpha’, one of India’s major film productions. Filmed entirely in the city, the video garnered thousands of views within its first few hours and extends the international promotion that began with the film’s premiere on July 3rd.
The music video showcases iconic locations such as the Plaza Mayor, Plaza Zorrilla, Pasaje Gutiérrez, San Benito, San Pablo, and Plaza de la Universidad, which serve as the backdrop for one of the film’s main musical sequences featuring the actors.
This initiative reinforces Valladolid’s strategy to attract major international film productions and boost film tourism, driven by the Valladolid Film Commission and the Mixed Society for Tourism Promotion. The release of ‘Alpha’ also allows the city to project its image in a far-reaching audiovisual market like India.
