The ACS group wins a luxury residential construction project in India
Its subsidiary CIMIC will carry out a project in Mumbai for Embassy Developments Limited, one of the country's leading property developers
Leighton Asia, a company belonging to the CIMIC Group—a subsidiary of the ACS Group—announced the award of a contract to carry out a luxury residential project in Mumbai, India.
The project, developed by Embassy Developments Limited, one of the largest in the country, is known as Embassy Citadel and is located in southern Mumbai. It is expected to generate revenue of over €81 million for Leighton Asia.
The project involves the construction of a building approximately 300 meters tall, with a total built area of around 192,000 square meters. The scope of work includes civil and structural engineering.
Juan Santamaría, CEO of the ACS Group and Executive Chairman of the CIMIC Group, stated that "this award demonstrates the Group's established capacity to execute high-rise residential developments. Leighton Asia has already successfully completed several large-scale residential projects in India.
