The construction company Leighton Asia, belonging to ACS, is building a tower that will exceed 270 meters in height
Companies belonging to the Spanish ACS group report on the achievement of new milestones in India. The most recent is the construction project for the Aviro Tower residential tower in Mumbai, which recently reached the 203-meter mark of the 271 meters it will reach upon completion.
According to the CIMIC group, the ACS subsidiary in charge of this project through the construction company Leighton Asia, this project is part of Birla Niyaara, a new urban district in Mumbai that, since 2022, has seen the growth of a network of apartments, workplaces, shops, and community facilities.
Along with Aviro Tower, which will have a total of 77 floors, the ACS group is also responsible for the construction of Silas Tower, which will reach 45 floors, as well as a five-level complex with shops and a clubhouse. According to the company, the project "is progressing smoothly thanks to meticulous planning, effective construction coordination, and a shared commitment to quality."
