Aragón Exterior presents the key points of the European Union - India agreement

A day showcasing business opportunities and the regulatory framework of one of the markets with the greatest potential for Aragonese companies

Aragón Exterior (Arex) is holding a conference on April 17th dedicated to the trade agreement between the European Union and India. The aim of this event is to provide information on the key aspects of this agreement, as well as business opportunities and the legal and regulatory framework for operating securely in this market.

The conference will feature a presentation by Iñaki Soto, director of Indversis Management Consulting, who will discuss the EU-India Agreement, its key elements and implementation timeline, as well as business opportunities, including sectors and entry strategies.

Following this, a presentation in English on the legal and regulatory framework for operating in India will be given by Aditya Patni and Ayush A. Mehrotra, partners at Khaitan & Co., an Indian law firm that advises multinationals, investors, and governments in all areas of Indian law, from M&A and taxation to regulatory matters, intellectual property, and compliance.

Finally, Pablo Izuzquiza, Business Development Director of Kalfrisa, will present the company's business experience in India.
