Laura Delgado explained to the Leaders that the integration of the CRTM public transport system is a "unique model" at the international level, and since its creation the demand for public transport has increased by 68%.
The Indian Leaders also got a first-hand look at CITRAM, the Madrid Regional Transport Consortium's Center for Innovation and Mobility Management, which monitors the Community's public transport system in real time.
