Signing and Notarization of the Articles of Association

The articles of association of the Spain-India Council Foundation were signed and notarized on January 27, 2009. Founding entities: Santander Group, "la Caixa", Chaincorp, S.L. and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.

The association was recorded with number 866 in the Registry of Foundations by Ministerial Decree dated March 16, 2009.
