The first meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Spain-India Council Foundation was held, in conjunction with a media launch, at the Viana Palace, and was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Miguel Ángel Moratinos, the Secretary of State for Trade, Silvia Iranzo, and representatives from the Indian Embassy in Spain.
Delegates from most of the Spain's important businesses, organizations and other entities that went on to form part of the Foundation's Board of Trustees also attended: Abengoa, Agbar, BBVA, Garrigues, Abertis, Gas Natural, OHL, PWHC, Acciona, Técnicas Reunidas, Isolux Corsán and Repsol, among others.
